[GAMEPLAY]Howling Abyss Health Relics Cannot Show Up Ingame

On Howling Abyss ( ARAM) , the Health Relic would show up on the minimap , but cannot show up ingame. It has Health Relics effect in game but not show on the gameplay screen.

1. Health Relic cannot show in game. 2.The effect of Relic still exist. 3.They show on the minimap. I've played 5 games and 2 of them has the Relic problem. Restart game didn't solve it. Restart PC also cannot solve.
