[CLIENT] Client auto-rejects group when searching in TB

Team Builder is the only mode I play SR outside of ranked. Recently a bug has begun to occur where upon finding a lobby the game automatically displays the "You have been removed from queue for failing to respond" message in the bottom right corner without actually ever showing me the popup that let's me accept entry into the lobby. This happens randomly and i'd estimate it affects roughly 1/5 of my found matches, but has only begun happening with the release of 5.16
