Killing the Training Tool Bots

So I killed 3 training bots as seen in the video. I noticed that Tibbers couldn't kill them and only I could. Did I miss something in the patch notes or is this not supposed to happen? I am trying now with someone else.

its a known bug to be able to kill dummies when you put grievous wounds on them
