[GAMEPLAY] Newly split krugs can by one-shot

When any of the krugs split, the new krugs have a brief period where they can be one shot.

Repeating the bug:

1. Pick a champion with a projectile. (Likely works on non-projectile abilities, but when I tried to test it, I couldn't pull it off because they all have a wind-up time.)
2. When any of the krugs split, shoot the projectile so that it collides with the newly spawned krugs as soon as possible. The newly spawned krugs will, very briefly, have a blue bar over their health bar (not sure what this is). While this bar is visible, the krugs will die instantly.

I've tested this 4 times on multiple champions. With good timing, this can be consistently pulled off. Video
