El Tigre Braum Q

I was playing a ranked game as in a duo with a friend, and the enemy team had a with the el tigre skin. At the start of the game everything seemed normal then a little ways into the game my friend and I both noticed that Q's were not completely visible. You could tell they were there but the animation was not complete or something. They were practically invisible other than some light animation that was very difficult to see.
