[CLIENT] Gifting center bugged

Greetings!

My brother logged on to his account to send me some mystery skins and when he clicked the "Unlock a skin for a friend button" absolutely nothing happened. You can spam click it as much as you like but it does not go towards the 3rd stage of selecting a skin. All the other options work (the snowball icon option worked as well as the "send a mystery gift") I would be nice to have this resolved before Snowday Syndra Syndra goes off special (as that's what my brother and I got the RP for!)

Steps on how to reproduce the bug:

  1. Click on the store
  2. Select Gifting Center
  3. Select the friend you wish to send a gift to
  4. Press on the option that says "Unlock a skin for a friend"

Expected result: You go to stage 3 where you choose what skin to send Actual result: Nothing happens at all, no matter how long you wait Frequency: 100%

Bugs are always pests, can't even gift anyone. Need this fixed before every skin goes off sale

Some one told that you can't mystery gift yourself! so I purchased 5 mystery skins and got no additional unowned skins,champ,wards,or icons? Riot needs to fix this so everyone doesn't do what i did and screw themselves out of 20 dollars:( Cause i tried gifting myself but my name wasn't there! Can I get a refund? so i can do this the right way? I just wanted to Gift my own account skins and get more skin,champs,ward,or icons because of the Snowdown Self mystery gifting. On Snowdown its says

"SELF MYSTERY GIFTING 12/10 - 12/15 From December 10 until December 15 at 23:59 PST, send yourself a Mystery Gift and snag a randomly selected un-owned champ, skin, ward, or icon currently in the store for 520 RP or higher. Mystery skins, of course, will only be unlocked for champs you own. So go ahead, treat yourself."

I think it's fixed for me, haven't experienced it so far since the log-in screen changed to the snowday theme.

It's tanked for me too, RP gifting makes me pick a friend, pick a gift type, confirm it with a message without being able to pick a number, and then sends me back to step one when I confirm.

I posted this as well! Hope they can figure out what's wrong, need to send gifts while they're around and on sale.

Do you and your brother meet the gifting requirements (lvl 15 etc.), if not that is the problem.
