League client - entry point not found

So ever since the patch 8.11 when I try to startup league it just gives me an error that says quote *The procedure entry point ípenmutex could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/WINDOWS\System32\MSCTF.dll does anyone know a fix and if reinstalling the game even works?

I'm having the same problem and I would recommend trying the hextech repair tool but mine won't even install so idk if it works.
