Lux E uncastable for the entire game Non- PBE

Alright I'm not exactly sure how the bug happened but I think I know what caused it. I was playing lux mid against a Yasuo. V.S. When I was about 1/4th way through the game randomly I was trying to fight Yasuo. In a weird Glitch Yasuo threw out his wind wall directly on top of me and I casted my E. After this I could no longer cast my E for the rest of the game. I believe this is what created the bug but the Singularity Icon was greyed out for the rest of the game. Also, the icon not the Activation Icon it was the original icon. I tried leaving the game but the problem persisted.
