[CLIENT] Character selection not loading

Its happened a couple of times now, not sure if its happening to others. When the matchmaking has posted the prompt to accept a new found match, the character selection menu should naturally come up. Sadly however this isn't happening...I'm greeted with a black screen, but oddly enough the external GUI is still visible ( The escape options and the friend list). I'm forced to close the client each time (even after waiting several minutes for it to "load" ) which results in a time ban.

If anyone else is having these problems, or knows of a solution, please let me know below.
