Blue Essence Bug

So, i just reached level 40 and got a glorious champion capsule. So as usual i opened it, got kindred and trundle. Didnt wanted to play them, so i disenchanted them. Then i went on to play with my friend. In champ select league of legends crashed and i left it. Then when i signed back on, i had only 2220 BE instead of the 3120 (i had probably some BE before i disenchanted the champs) So my friend told me to restart league of legends, didnt work. then i just played some games and im still wondering how to get my BE back. (also the champion shards arent in the loot section either.) I hope someone from Riot Games will find this post and will help me. Have a nice day! :) EDIT: i also got a Legend 1 Emote and 90 Be from that capsule.
