tahm kench w bug

Iv'e been playing Tahm since December and have noticed this bug quite a lot since iv'e picked him up. Sometimes when trying to devour anything with W, nothing will happen, Tahm will just stand still until you use a different command. This bug seems to work when you cast W on allies, enemy minions, scuttle crabs and enemy champions with 3 acquired taste stacks on them. i'm not sure if it works on all jungle creeps, i just listed the ones iv'e seen multiple times. Not being able to use W is very bad because it's one of the big tools in his kit for making things happen, standing there spamming the W key wondering why it's not working can lose you the game sometimes (my W key works fine btw, iv'e also tried clicking on the on screen ability for devour while it won't cast, and it still won't work).

how to reproduce: on ally champion - press w on them, expect w to work but doesn't on enemy or neutral creep - press w on it, expect it to work but doesn't on enemy champion - get 3 acquired taste stacks then press w, expect it to eat them but doesn't

Frequency: This happens on average once every 2 games for me when i play tahm (i play a lot of tahm).
