[Client] Ranked champion League name banners need updates

ok so i noticed that some of the banners for the ranked Leagues are bugged. also the ones with champions that have been updated still have the old champion portrait. (ex. Nasus,Heimer,Trist, etc...) i just thought i would point it out because it bothered me. k bye now
