wukong r and freeze bug

last game i played with wukong ( ranked ) at the start game freezed for me so i needed to restart client, it was hard start bcs i was very behind at level and gold, when i got level 6 i tought i can try to do something but when i press r every time its not working, i tought im turning it on and off, after few trys i was like WTF... few times tryed just to press r on minions or in spawn but its still not working... so yeah we lost cuz of me, i lost lp bcs one of most useful wukong skills is r for team fights and outplays for cc, and i was not able to help my team :( please fix wukong bug and give my lp back :( GLHF
