Error

I'm on PC and every time I click on Normal Draft Pick, a message comes up: "There was an error processing a message from the server; this may be caused by a number of issues so its recommended that you restart the client." I have restarted the client and the message keeps popping up. Can this be fixed because it is rather annoying.
