Never ending game bug (Triggered by DJ Sona?)

So basically I was playing DJ Sona and when we spawned at the rift we quickly noticed that we couldn't buy items, all towers were gone and minions wasn't spawning. Even the spawn laser were gone so we had free access to everything on the map. Everybody were like "Lol what is happening are the towers gone for you too?" etc. etc. It was not possible to attack inhibitors or a nexus. After a ton of spawnkilling we attempted to surrender but how do I put it... the surrender bar was stuck on the screen. As the enemies died they began respawning at our base (blue side) and only the jungle was working normally (spawn timers and all) It was only possible to buy items when dead. I think that the bug might be triggered by DJ Sona but not sure... The game ended by all of us leaving with a fantastic 50 - 200 score (Katarina Op)
