(bug) Biscuit Delivery and remakes

So basically i just had a game where our nami was afk the whole game, didn't buy items, didn't even move. And we could not remake. our team gave first blood at 3:30 so that's not the problem (at least i believe it isn't)

The only reason i see that we couldn't have remade is because she had biscuit delivery, but yea thats pretty much it. almost demoted because of this :P
