Quinn Permanently locked in Valor Form / Riven's Sword is too pokey

When using 
's Devour ability to consume and transport a friendly ulting 
, she is permanently locked into Valor Form. The summoner controlling Valor has access to Valor's own abilities, though the tooltip icons for her abilities show as 's.
The ultimate's cooldown upon being regurg'd by locks itself, remaining locked at that length even after 's death.

thinks that she is Hercules (
) fighting the Hydra: If an enemy or friendly ulting is consumed by 's Devour, her sword pokes out through his belly all wiggly-like. Gross.
