Bug: Lulu's passive visual effects for Dragon Trainer & Winter Wonder

In my recent games of playing , I have noticed that her passive visual effects for her skins Dragon Trainer & Winter Wonder are bugged. They have the same visual effects as the Classic Skin. It is not too big of a bug but it is very noticeable. I bought the two skins with the different visual effects in mind and hate to see it be the same as the Classic skin. Please fix!
