Discrimination of mentaly r%%%%%ed

So recently I've discovered that the word "idiot" is censored in League of Legends. This makes me very mad becasue "idiot" is term used to called mentally r%%%%%ed person, therefore if somebody would like to openly speak about issues of mental health, they would be censored.
