GALIO'S BULWARK SHOULD PROC ARDENT CENSOR
In the description of Bulwark it says,"Galio Shields an ally", yet Ardent Censor doesn't proc off of it. Rito forget about Galio

I think if anything the in game tooltip should be reworded to not say "shield."
it's not a legitimate shield, it's bonus armor and mr
and he only heals himself with it
By that logic:
Braum's Stand Behind Me
Orianna's Command: Protect
Mordekaiser's Creeping Death
And what about Taric's Shatter? It passively grants armor to his allies. Should he constantly proc it?
