GALIO'S BULWARK SHOULD PROC ARDENT CENSOR

In the description of Bulwark it says,"Galio Shields an ally", yet Ardent Censor doesn't proc off of it. Rito forget about Galio

I think if anything the in game tooltip should be reworded to not say "shield."

it's not a legitimate shield, it's bonus armor and mr

and he only heals himself with it

Galio grants 90 armor and MR to an ally. That will negate more damage than most support's shields if used on a high-value target. Try to kill someone with bulwark on and THEN tell me it's not a legitimate shield.

Braum "shield", and his ar/mr buff (W and E) don't proc censor, 'shield' as defined by game rules it what it goes by, which is, gives you X extra hp for Y seconds. If ar/mr buffs worked for it, Taric would have a perma-damage boost for all allies around him as long as he doesn't press W, as he is always shielding allies from damage through his aura.

And what about Taric's Shatter? It passively grants armor to his allies. Should he constantly proc it?

Pretty much, except Orianna E does proc censor. "and shielding her target on arrival for 133.3% of its damage for 4 seconds."" It gives armor/mr, plus an actual damage blocking shield.
