Keep being forced to leave champ select

I've been having a problem since the kai sa update, every other champion select im forced to leave the game ( "we had a problem selecting you champion" or smth and then it automatically kicks me out) i have a penalty right now and lost lp. On top of that , the same shit happened ON THE LOADING SCREEN and it wouldnt let me rejoin the game, meaning i got an afk msg. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you.
