i have 14000 ip i have enough ip to change a name but i restart like 3 times but still i need 200 ip to change a name why ?

I have the exact same problem. I submitted a ticket, and their response was "I checked your account and you have 13747 ip, not quite enough to purchase a name change." However I sent a screenshot with my ticket showing that I in fact had 14400 ip. I was told it's a visual glitch, however only the account page has the wrong ip showing, I checked other pages and my correct ip is being shown. So I think they need to check their account page.
