I got a ward skin from an augment cache crate that looked like a horse banner and was named **loot_name_ward_skin_rental_16 , so i upgraded it to see what would happen because it was obviously a bug and its not in my inventory anymore, i cant select it in game even though it said i got it.

Same thing happened to me. It looks like some of the ward skins that weren't supposed to be in the "random pool" somehow got there and got chosen or we got something that doesn't exist and the game crashed.
Whatever the reason, I'm interested to hear the cause as a developer. It was a red banner with green wood and horse on it, but I guess the name tells more enough.
Is there way to get new chest for the lost one? Or even better that ward which is calling me right now :D
same thing with me, got it and i thought i was weird because the name was (**loot_name_ward_skin_rental_49) so i activated it and checked to change my icon but it wasnt there, would be nice to get something back from losing the cache box or the ward skin.
