When you Q a target as Ivern when it has Mogana shield you can't go to the target, as you would with Thresh Q,

Ya Morgana shield cancels friendly abilities too. Fyi
This actually is not a bug. His Q states that you can dash to rooted targets. If they are not rooted, you are unable to dash to them.
