Completely game breaking bug causes the game to be unplayable.

Every single time I get into a league game the game is completely unresponsive. I have a pretty crap computer, but I've never had anything like this before. Every time I load into a match everything starts normally except my in game cursor doesn't update to the little glove icon and I can't make any inputs... like at all... my champion just sits in fountain idly. The game still updates and my mini-map is active but I simply can not move, type, shop, ect... Some other players have had slimier issues from what I've heard. I've done everything in the players power to fix this and nothing works, I've also had several issues with bug splatting at the beginning and end of matches so far this update. Either way, this has got to be the worst start to a season I've ever seen.
