WTH? Currently in ranked game, forcefully DC'ed for no reason, can't rejoin and I can queue up?????

This is prob the stangest thing I have encountered. I DC'ed from a ranked game out of no where..... it won't let me rejoin but I can then join a ARAM? WTH? http://imgur.com/a/EE6RK
