[Gameplay], Lp not gained, 1/15/16

So i was playing a game as caitlyn and after the game the after game report was not coming up, so i hit the skip button and i did not gain my lp, before the game i had 61 and after the game i had 61. So i continued playing and we lost the next one to find out i still had not gotten my lp and dropped from 61 to 41 for a lose of 19 points. I was just wondering where those points have gone.
