Legacy + New Beta Client bug causes you to face multiple penalties with nothing to do.

After not playing LoL for a year, I started playing again in December. I've installed the game from scratch and went into the new open beta client.

The client sometimes does not show the ready check at all. While in Skype with my friends, they get the ready check and I do not(or vice-versa) This happens to me 30% of the time, and I dont really have a way to reproduce the problem.

This is happening to me since December when I returned to LoL, And is happening to me even when I try to keep LoL the only thing running in my PC after restarting the computer.

It happens both in the legacy and open beta client.

It happens at the same rate to my friends as well.

I've ignored this problem in the beginning since I would usually just requeue until i get the check, But now I've started facing 30 mins penalties ( Happened today after not being able to accept a ready check for over 6 or so queues )

Sometimes when my friend is telling me that a game was found and I should accept the ready check ( only happens when playing with friends, not on solo queue ), when you click the exit queue button ( The X button ) the ready check shows up.

This used to work for me sometimes but it stopped working for me.

I am an army solider with little time for LoL and a 30 min penalty when I am home is denying me from playing the game I love. This is really frustrating and it is not expected from a big company like Riot Games, especially after releasing a new client.
