[BUG] The client is so bugged i am losing LP

I dont have video or photo to show, but my client is so bugged all the time Most recent problem was just now I was gonna pick my champion in the last 3 seconds in a ranked game and suddenly it said "retriving information from server" of course it didnt pick me my champ and i ended up losing 3 LP Its not much so its ok, but what if that was promotion? This happens every now and then and it is so annoyng cause sometimes i cant play for 20 minutes I dont like getting punishments because of the client being bugged Please Riot do something with this client. Thanks in advance
