Polymorph Doesn't Stop Garens Q
When playing lulu, Garen would Cast his Q I would Poly-morph him before getting near me, once reaching me His Q would still go off while still being poly morphed.

its not a bug. you probably polymorphed him after the q animation already started.
its a general game mechanic, that cc doesnt interrupt abilities mid animation unless theyre explicity channeled abilities (like karthus ult). so his q still connected as he cast it before you casted polymorph.
