Ever since the new update, I cannot play LoL with a full screen. I can still move around and use my abilities, but only up to of what I can see. yes im having the same issue. I really hate when they put out an update before its tested!!!!!! we are not lad rats. we have put a lot of money into this game to not be able to play it.
so here is an slight fix, once you load into a game. hit ESC and then you will be able to drag the window down and change it from full screen to window hit apply. once you do that hit full screen again and hit apply and it should work it did for me
