Pick queue Chat blackout

Chat is unseeable when this bug occurs, though champion picks and summ names are continously visible on sides, we can't see "xxx joined the room", or any chat at all, Happened to me twice, 5 teammate said they had it in different matches (so if it happens chat is visible for others, but no for the ones who get this bug). (blind pick/ascension playmodes, probably 3v3 too but didn't get it there myself)
