[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo's windwall makes talon's abilities disappear completely

I've noticed that when one shuriken from Talon's W hit Yasuo's windwall, the entire ability disappears. And when one shuriken from Talon's ult hits it, the entire ult disappears. I think it should only be any shurikens that hit the windwall should disappear, and not all of them.

It happens every single time yasuo's windwall is up and talon uses these abilities.
