Perm- Camera Lock

This happened in my last game twice. My camera locked on me as if I was holding space or toggled y, but I could not turn it off. The first time I could not figure out what caused it, but I managed to fix it with a simple reconnect. The second time, it happened right after my window minimized (happens when I get skype notifications) and I just left it for the rest of the game.
