Anyone else having Login issues?

I'm having trouble logging into league and connecting to the chat in game if I'm lucky to get into the game. Anyone else has that problem? This started on 4-9-15 after that day I was unable to log into league and/or connect to the chat. I emailed riot but riot is taking forever to respond. Anyone have a solution?

This is what it said when I try to login, "Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server. And sometimes if I'm lucky and i get into the server I can't connect to chat and this is what it said, "Unable to connect to chat, you may reconnect manually". Help me please.
