[GAMEPLAY] Jayce's e not activating

I was playing a couple games a Jayce when i realized that my burst was lower than usual. My hammer form e wasn't working, it wasn't going on cooldown. I checked to see if my hotkeys were messed up, but that wasn't the issue, my e key on my keyboard still works soooo it must be an ingame bug of some sort. Also my cannon stance e was working fine. It was on and off though, sometimes it worked immediately and other times i would die or they would get away before it activated
