Queue doesn't pop

So I've switched over to the new client in the news that we will have to be switching to the new client. With this new update I haven't been able to join games because the AFK blocking thing never shows up. After the AFK blocking thing doesn't show up the client crashes and need to task manager close the program in order to restart the client. I have gone through all the connection troubleshooting page and have all the port forwarding things and everything done.
