Why am I not getting chests anymore for S- or higher?
In the past few games I've gotten S- or higher, I received no chest. People in my party did however. I am eligible for 5 chests right now, so that's not the issue. I'm confused.

You are at the behest of the chest algorithm. If it detects that you have x keys and x chests already claimed, you will have to wait til your average chest claim rate drops to a certain level. Also note that you increase the likelihood of getting a chest when you earn that S- or higher when playing with someone else.
cant get more then 1 chest a year on a certain champ
so if you got a chest on 
already regardless of how many S grades you get you wont get another chest on that champ
really? only one chest a year for a s rank per champ?
