Champ Select Picks Wrong Rune Page

Bug: In champ select, the rune page you have currently will not be the one that shows up in game.

Steps to reproduce: It happened to me twice over two different days. It may produced by getting into the first game of the day without touching the rune page system.

Example: First rune page is called x. The rune page I last used yesterday is called y. First game of the day, I get into champ select and my rune page currently is x. I don't touch the rune page. When I get into game, the rune page it gives is y.
