Kha'Zix fear bug

So I've had this happen a few times, and it's quite possible I'm just fucking something up, but is the Kha'Zix jump combo supposed to still go through after being fear'd? I've had several experiences playing fiddlesticks where I'll get jumped on and even though the terrify animation happens and the skill goes on cooldown, I'll get hit with the Kha'Zix 'q', auto attack and some other random things. Is that intended? thanks, Abers
