Reconnect loop & getting banned for being unable to get into the game

Hello, I have a problem where I am stuck in a loop of the reconnect button. Because of this issue, I lost LP and got placed in a lower priority queue in 2 accounts. The weird thing is that the first game I play (which is a practice tool game just to see if the game works) it loads me into the game, but the second game gets the reconnect button. I'd like an answer that resolves my issue.
