I'm a new player; i've finished my tutorial yesterday, done all the 3 chapters.At the end of the tutorial there's a ''Reward Capsule''.While opening it my client crashed and when i reopened it i realised that i didn't received that reward.Can someone help me thanks.
btw i have just realised that this was a NA forum but i guess it's not much a big concern right?

The reward for completing the tutorial automatically opens and adds 3000 Blue Essence onto your account. You should have that BE up in the corner for completion. Hextech Crafting doesn't unlock until level 5, while the tutorial gets you level 3, so it opens on its own so you can claim it w/o Hextech. Riot isn't very clear on that bit of the leveling rewards.

this comment is irrelevant, i know what i mean when i say i didn't receive my loot. i am lvl 18 now. twice this has happened and my capsules haven't been sent my my loot.

Also, no, it's not an issue whether or not this is the NA or EUW forum! Next to your name, it tells us which region you are, so if we need any region-specific information it's available. No worries. :)
refugeeswellcame1 votesthanks for your reply i guess you are right but i'm not sure about it though, i've bought and essenced quiet a few champs thus i don't know if i had gotten my reward or not to be exact.I've seen another thread just like this and, a riot member i guess, helped the OP by checking his/her account on their system.I know 3000BE is not a big concern but you know, 1 one champion is 1 champion :)
