I'm a new player; i've finished my tutorial yesterday, done all the 3 chapters.At the end of the tutorial there's a ''Reward Capsule''.While opening it my client crashed and when i reopened it i realised that i didn't received that reward.Can someone help me thanks.
btw i have just realised that this was a NA forum but i guess it's not much a big concern right?
I also Did not recieve my Baisc Champ Capsule. I lvled 16-17 and it said i gained one but isnt in my loot.
It's a bit confusing at first, but the reward for completing the tutorial automatically opens and adds 3000 Blue Essence onto your account. You should have that BE up in the corner for completion. Hextech Crafting doesn't unlock until level 5, while the tutorial gets you level 3, so it opens on its own so you can claim it w/o Hextech. Riot isn't very clear on that bit of the leveling rewards.
