Friend list bug

My friend list is completely bugged. I opened 3 accounts, the same bug on all of them. When i login into my account i see that i have 0 friends and 0 blocked players. Actually i have 100 friends and like 10-20 blocked players. When i add someone from my old friend list again, he is immediately added into my friend list. Even if they are offline. Does anyone know how to fix that or?
