LoL patcher is taking too much

Hello, i just reinstalled the LoL after one month and I'm having some troubles with the patcher, first time it was going well until the part one was finished, after that I've seen the patching speed was la 15 KBps, I've waited like 4-5 hours, It finaly arrived to 99%, I've left it like 1 hour and nothing, I've got to sleep, so I've put my PC into sleep mode, after I woke up it was still at 99%, I was annoyed about that so I closed it, I removed the LoL, and I tried again, it scanned some files and started again now I'm waiting, but I'm afaraid not to stop again at 99%.
