Voice Chat Doesn't Work

I can't hear anyone or speak in voice chat, but I can see the activity. There's no way to change my default device since my headset already is. I've tried hextech repair tool and it didn't pick anything up. Discord works fine, so it's just League.

Same problem, any solution yet? Headphone and microphone already set to default, administrator mode enabled. I even tried Windows 7 compatibility to no avail.
