i lost my ranked game and my lp and now i have a qeu buster becouse of you fix it pls

i think this stupid bug needs to be fixed i was in loading screen and it just freezed and now i got to wait 20 minutes 5 times becouse of this. PLS FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
