[GAMEPLAY] Invisible wall in base. Couldn't leave until I reconnected

I play on a Mac, and I was Lee Sin in a team builder game that took a while for me to load in to, and when I finally made it in, it said the usual "Thirty seconds until minions spawn." So I tried getting into the jungle and I thought I was bugged and couldn't move. I then realized I could move and use abilities, but only in the base. It was if that wall was still up that's only supposed to be there for like 10 seconds. (I even tried to flash over it) Everyone else just played their lanes and I had to disconnect and reconnect then I could finally get out.
