[CLIENT] Can not purchase runes "Already own the maximum number of them" despite owning 0

Hello

I am posting here regarding a bug or whatever it is, that has been plaguing me for months now... Was hoping it would get fixed throughout the patches or with the update to the new client, but seeing as it is still there, I decided to make a post about it.

I have saved up quite a lot of IP (and have also spent it throughout the time :D ) and I would want to buy Runes, so that I will own all of them, however this is not possible due to the aforementioned bug/issue. As I go into the store, I can see all the runes that I have not bought yet, I click on them to purchase, select "x9" and press Purchase, and I receive an error stating, that I can not purchase any runes of this kind as I already own the maximum number of that rune type.

Could you somehow help me with that? I would want to fulfill my Runes collection.
