[GAMEPLAY] Using Katarina's Shunpo does not reset her auto-attack if Shunpo kills the target

The way it's supposed to work is you auto-attack a target, use Shunpo and you can immediately auto-attack again, and this works perfectly on a full health target. However if Shunpo kills it, Katarina will not respond to auto-attack commands before the auto-attack timer runs out.

1. Auto-attack a low health target.
2. Immediately Shunpo to it and kill it.
3. Attempt to issue an auto-attack command to a nearby target.

It happens 100% of the time and is reproducible.
