Cannot Use Chroma Pack I Just Bought.

Everytime I go into a game and pick fizz I cannot choose what color I want him to be. The option is not there regardless of whether I play team builder or coop. vs AI or even ranked 5s. So I'd like to be able to use the chroma back I purchased as soon as possible.
